Its been some time now, and very little racing as events literally dried up during the pandemic! But thankfully, nothing lasts forever and now we look forward to ALL the events being brought onto the new race calendar.
Embark will be offering training programs, squad training, one on one sessions, in fact anything and everything required to get our athletes over that finish line and that medal around your neck.

There are lots of new races and lots of old favourites too, and our top pick for 2022 will be the announcing of the new IRONMAN 70.3 Mossel Bay in November 2022! If you have done the 70.3 Buffalo City before then this is a great race to tackle next!
