Indoor cycling OUTDOORS!!

Come and join us this Thursday for an indoor ride experience outdoors, in the Green Point Urban Park. Surrounded by the beautiful green lung and water features, you will be given all the motivation you need to ride yourself into fitness on your own bike on our indoor trainers. The class is led by triathlon coach and group training instructor STeve Attwell, who is sure to entertain your threshold for the 45min class.

Please arrive from 5ish to set up your bike and get accustomed to the equipment. The class will start at 5-15pm and will be 45mins.

What to bring:
