A full triathlon membership is R799/m and includes all the weekly and weekend coached group training as well as your program. Your program is presented through an online app called Training Peaks, where we are able to track, monitor and analyse your work outs. The app keeps track of your fitness and fatigue, so we are able to adjust your program to keep you progressing!
There is a social membership option too. This is R499/m and incudes a coached group swim, bike and run. It doesn’t include a program or Training Peaks.

Running Group Training Sessions
Garth runs 3 times a week with his running crew. Tuesday 6am, Thursday 6am and Saturday 7am.
The sessions are mixed and challenging. They are designed so every runner gets a great workout no matter their ability. No one gets left behind. If you need to chat to us or find out some more information please click here .
