January 21st triathlon workshop

Rough itinerary of the day:

7am arrive and set up transition, chat about a day at the races
7:30am swim start in the Camps Bay Tidal Pool
8am T1 run through (from swim to bike)
8:10am Ride to the top of Suikerbossie or 20 minutes out and turn
9am T2 run through
9:10am Run 5kms or run for 30 minutes
9:40am Tri Finish with Q&A from head coach STeve
10am Tyre Changing Workshop
10:30am we head over to Primi for breakfast special and coffee (maybe a beer)
