Train for the Two Ocean's Half Marathon with a fun, structured and social running crew. The Live For Your Run 12 week running program is coached by experienced running coach Garth Dorman, who facilitates all levels of runners and abilities.
The training is mixed and varied across the Atlantic Seaboard and occasionally in the Southern Suburbs. We offer a track session for speed, a hill session for strength, and a long weekend run for endurance. We guarantee an improvement in your running if you stick to the routine.
