Train for the GunRun Half Marathon with a fun, structured and social running club. The LiveForYourRun 10 week running program is coached by experienced running coach Garth Dorman, who facilitates all levels of runners and abilities.
The training is mixed and varied across the Atlantic Seaboard and in the Southern Suburbs. We offer a track session for speed, hill sessions for strength, and a progressive long weekend run for endurance. We guarantee an improvement in your running if you stick to the routine.
