Train for a half IRONMAN 2023

Thinking of doing the half in Nelson Mandela Bay in early March next year? A half IRONMAN is a 1900m sea swim, a 90km bike, 21.1km run.
If this is on your radar, then join Embark, the community of the triathletes, the rednblack army,  as we begin our 20 week journey to secure that finish line medal in Port Elizabeth. If you can swim 300m, ride 30kms and run 5kms, then you have what it takes to take up the challenge.
Experienced coaches, weekly and weekend group training, online programs, and communication groups will not only get you going but will keep you motivated and inspired to be your fittest and fastest version.
