Bike Rental €215

(Its way easier to rent their high spec Specialized racing bikes then to travel and transport your own. Just bring your own pedals and shoes)

Day 1

Arrival • Bike set up • 40km easy bike

Day 2 

Lake Swim • Rocacorba Climb – 50km 1300m

Day 3 

Mare De Deu D’El Mont • 80km, 1600m elevation • Run Lake Banyoles

Day 4

Ride to L’Escala • Distance: 110km; elevation = 1200m • Sea Swim and lunch in L’Escala • Ride back to Rocacorba

Day 5

Lake Swim • Run around Lake Banyoles • Dinner in Girona

Day 6

Coffee Ride to La Communa – Girona 50km • Transfer back to airport

What next:

A deposit of R3500 must be paid upfront as your commitment to the tour. This is then refunded to you the week of the tour. The full amount is paid at Rocacorba on arrival
