Start training for Triathlon in 2023

Join us on Wednesday, 11th Jan 2023, at the Giant Concept Store in the Foreshore at 530pm for 6pm or join us LIVE on INSTAGRAM at 6pm.

    

If you are interested in getting into triathlon, doing your first triathlon or even attempting the 70.3 half ironman, then come and join us for our launch evening in early January. We will go through everything you need to know to start your multisport journey. We will also go through the triathlon events schedule and touch on the races for the season. The training then kicks off that week and we ease into the program. We will have various groups for the beginners and those athletes looking to do the 70.3/ultra-distances races during the year. There are 3 IRONMAN 70.3 races in SA in 2023, one in PE in March, Durban in June and Mossel Bay in November. And of course the other local sprint, standard and ultra local races.
