💰 Fees made simple:

·        ATC Running Club once-off membership: R300/year joining fee

·        2026 ASA Licence: R190/year
✅ That’s it — you’re all set to race all year long!

Weekly Group Training – Summer & Winter:

·        Tuesday: Speed sessions, 6:00 & 7:00 AM at Green Point Athletic Stadium

·        Thursday: Hill sessions at 6:00 AM — varying hilly spots around Camps Bay, Fresnaye & Green Point

·        Saturday: Long runs exploring the Atlantic Seaboard & Southern Suburbs

💪 Structured training:
Our group training and running programme costs R500/month, including full coached training plans leading up to your next race. We have week only options too (Tues and Thurs) for R399/month (does not include weekend long run). 

Currently we’re building towards the Bay2Bay 15k & 30k, but 2026 also features:

·        Peninsula Half & Full Marathon

·        Two Oceans Half & Ultra Marathon

·        Cape Town Marathon

·        Comrades Marathon
