New Squad Training Program

Did you do the IRONMAN 70.3 in East London and then think NEVER AGAIN? Or ticked off the 70.3 bucket list race and wondered what race is next?  Good news is that there are 2 BRAND NEW 70.3 races  happening in 2022 here is South Africa. The first one is the 703 Nelson Mandela Bay, PE in April, and then the 703 Mossel Bay in November.
 
On top of having the options of personalised programs and group training, we have added a slight variation on the build up to the race. Embark now offers squad only training without a formalised program. So you get to pick and choose the sessions you want to attend and then get to swim, bike and run in a safer group environment with access to a coach.
