On the 3rd November 2020 we begin our coached group training program for either the 21.1km or 10km running program. We plan to host a virtually real race on 10th January 2021.
This is a great time to train during summer, and gives an easier option for the 10kms, or to step up your training to the 21.1km.
The program will be coached by Garth Dorman. You can choose the group/goal. Each week there will be 3 coached group sessions. The training is mixed up between hill work, speed work and long runs. Its fun and social and everyone gets something out the session, beginner or advanced athletes. There is always a coach at the sessions.
