Launch of the JOZI Summer Triathlon Season with Embark!

Join Embark Tri on Sunday the 18th August at the Wahoo Aquatic Centre at 10am. We will be going through the scheduled Jozi races that form part of Embarks build up to IRONMAN 70.3 East London.  We will introduce our international tour to IRONMAN 70.3 Dubai in Jan 2020 and all the logistics associated with traveling for a racecation! And we will chat about  the full IROMAN SOUTH AFRICA in April. 

Other topics discussed will be the training required to get you to the start line of your chosen race, no matter what your level or ability. Embark offers coached group training for beginners as well as personalised programs for those wanting to do their 1st triathlon or those wanting to tackle the ever-popular IRONMAN branded races! 

From mid August we will have coached group training at 4 branches across Jozi:
Jozi North: north of Sandton, Bryanston Woodmead, Sunninghill
Jozi The Parks: south of Sandton, Park View, Park Town, Auckland Park,  Hyde Park 
Jozi Centurion including  Midstream 
Jozi Middle East, Bedfordview, Green Stone, Primrose, Kensington 

All the Embark Jozi coaches and facilitators will come together for this morning of triathlon, so come and spend a Sunday morning and meet the team. 

We will have ON CLOUD show casing their running shoes  for you to try out and experience. Orca will have their range of wetsuits on display for demos and fit. 

Embark offers #training both #online and as #coached #group #training across #SouthAfrica. We cater specifically for 1st timers right through to IRONMAN. So if you cant make the morning then please get in touch regarding the training for the season.
