Winter training doesn’t have to be a solo mission. In fact, it shouldn’t be. This season, join us for structured group training that keeps you safe, social, and accountable — all while working towards your 2025 running goals! 💪
We’re building towards the Cape Town Marathon in October, but along the way we’re also hitting:
✅ 5km time trials
✅ 10km road races
✅ Half marathons
✅ And of course... our legendary coffee runs with Bootlegger ☕👟
No matter your pace or experience level, our group caters for everyone. With Garth and STeve leading the charge — both highly experienced and hands-on coaches — every session is guided and inclusive. And with a range of abilities in the group, you’ll always have someone to run with (and suffer alongside 😅).
We have specifically designed marathon training plans to ensure you hit your numbers. The sub 3h plan, the sub 3h30 plan, the sub 4h plan and the Finishers plan.
