Group running training this winter


Join us this winter for the safety of group training, the social element of group training and the accountability of group training!


We are building towards the Cape Town Marathon in October, and have lots of goals along the way including 5km time trials, 10km road races and half marathons. Oh and of course coffee runs with Bootlegger Coffee Company! No matter what your level is, the group training caters for this. Between Garth and STeve (our very experienced coaches) they lead all the group sessions. And with a range of ability within the group of runners, you will always find someone to run with. After all, its always easier to suffer when you have others suffering with you! Feel free to drop into a session and check it out, just message us so we know to look out for you.

Our sponsors back our programs and reward our members too. Receive big discounts at the RUN Store in Bree street, New Balance and  Biogen. You can get your running licence through our affiliated running club, ATC Running.  



You can choose to attend as much of the group training as you want, or you can just follow the program on your own in your own time. We use industry leading software to present the program through an app, so you always know what is happening and when its happening. The software links to your fitness devices so we can monitor and analyse your fitness as well as build programs for you to follow.
