Embark Triathlon | Launch Evening – 2026 Season

Join us on Wednesday, 7 January 2026 at 6pm at East City Cycles (Harrington Street) for an information evening that will kick-start your triathlon journey.

Whether you’ve always been curious about triathlon, are planning your first race, or have your sights set on a 70.3 Half Ironman (or further!), this is the perfect place to begin. We’ll walk you through everything you need to know to get started in multisport — from training basics and equipment to race prep and mindset.

We’ll also unpack the 2026 race calendar, including:

• IRONMAN 70.3 Durban – June 2026

• IRONMAN 70.3 Mossel Bay – November 2026

• Plus a full line-up of local sprint, standard and ultra-distance events for the season.

Training kicks off that same week, easing you into the programme with structured sessions and supportive group options, catering for complete beginners right through to ambitious 70.3 and Ironman athletes (including Ironman South Africa).
