On the 17 August 2021 we begin our coached group running program for the 300km|600km Challenge.
The 300km is a slight variation on our half marathon program, and although the training is similar, the twist is in the challenge of completing the 300kms in the build up to the half marathon. The 600km is the marathon challenge. The group training and programs run concurrently and are coached by our qualified and inspiring Garth Dorman. His experience allows athletes of all levels to excel and improve within the group sessions.
‘You have no rivals besides yourself!’. Complete 300km or 600km in 12 weeks. We provide a speed session, a hills session and a long run on a weekly basis in a coached group environment.
