Embark Launches 2 New Running Programs on 1 June 2020


With the good news of more time to exercise from Monday 1 June, Embark will introduce an additional start date for our running programs.

PB running program is 5km or 10km
• 6 weeks long
• aimed at getting you into great shape to complete the distance
• virtual race to complete in 6 weeks
• 3 beep tests along the way
• program is personalised
• prescribes your goal pace
• hills, tempo, longer runs and speed work
• program is presented and analysed through Training Peaks

The Maximum Aerobic Program:
• 12 weeks
• Commit to 1h a day
• new to running
• returning after a break
• post-natal moms
• injury prone
• weight conscious
• slow runner
• aimed at developing each athlete’s aerobic system
• need a heart rate monitor
• program is presented and analysed through Training Peaks

This program will give you the confidence to then join one of our coached group ‘goal-driven’ programs that require a slight level of fitness to take part in.

Both programs includes our online LIVE classes via our @IRONLOCKDOWN Instagram page. These classes consist of coach led strength and conditioning sessions, bio and yoga classes with industry professionals, dietician talks and healthy cooking classes.

The program is R450/pm.
