Join our coached group running program with coach Garth Dorman to get you ready for the TOM 21.1km.
We have a mixed variety of weekly training that includes a combination of easy and hard to cater for all abilities of runner. Our group training is coached in a safe and inclusive environment. We run track on Tuesdays for speed, hills on Thursdays for strength, and a Saturday longer run for endurance. Monday & Friday we alternate as social runs and coffee stops.
