Join Embark on the 15th June for the launch of the two new running programs with New Balance
The Maximum Aerobic Program is aimed at athletes new to running, returning after a break, injury prone, weight conscious and slow runners as well as post-natal moms. The program slowly and methodically develops the athlete’s aerobic system. The athlete will need a basic heart rate monitor, 12 weeks of commitment for 1 hour a day. The program is presented and analysed through an online app called Training Peaks. You will be part of a social group with a coach and ongoing feedback.
The program is R450/month and commences on Monday 15 June
The 6-week PB 5km, 10km or 15km aimed at runners with some experience, looking to set that new personal record. The program requires 6 weeks of commitment, 4 routined sessions per week (hills, tempo, longer runs and speed work). The program is aimed at getting you into great shape to complete the virtual race in your best time.
The program is personalised to your goal and each session is prescribed with your goal pacing. Your program is presented and analysed through an online app called Training Peaks. You will complete 3 beep tests along the way.

Both programs include our online LIVE classes via our @IRONLOCKDOWN Instagram page. These classes consist of coach led strength and conditioning sessions, and yoga classes with industry professionals, dietician talks and healthy cooking classes
